Candidates are expected to know the actions and innervation of the Triceps.
They are also expected to know the position of the radial nerve in relation to the humerus and the significance of this i.e. it lies close to the humerus at the spiral groove and can be damaged in spiral fractures. It is worth noting the radial nerve is also commonly compressed in the axilla (aka Saturday Night Palsy).
