Vas deferens

Overview

The vas (ductus) deferens transports sperm from the epididymis, it is a muscular tube. It is a component of the spermatic cord and is derived from the epididymal canal. Its epithelium is lined by stereocilia.

Lymph Drainage

• The vas drain to the external iliac and internal iliac lymph nodes.
